Ingénieure ICAM Toulouse, j'ai passé plus de 20 ans entre production, achats/approvisionnement et relation client, en France comme à l'international, avant de fonder ABE Transformation en 2021. J'accompagne aujourd'hui les PME et ETI industrielles dans les moments où le changement ne peut plus attendre notamment dans l'aéronautique et l'industrie manufacturière.
Mes trois terrains d'intervention :
▸ Gestion de crise : reprise en main d'une situation dégradée (retards, qualité, défaillance fournisseur, crise managériale), stabilisation des flux et sécurisation des livraisons clients.
▸ Transferts industriels : délocalisation, nearshore, multi-sites, changement de fournisseur ou de sous-traitant, du plan de transfert jusqu'à la montée en cadence.
▸ Transformation d'entreprise : changement de taille, accompagnement de croissance, réorganisation, et projets ERP de bout en bout
Ma méthode : un diagnostic franc, une feuille de route réaliste, puis de l'exécution avec les directions et les opérationnels. Je travaille avec vos équipes, pas à leur place. Le Lean (certifiée Lean Black Belt) et le référentiel AeroExcellence, dont je suis lead assessor, me servent à mesurer, prioriser et ancrer les progrès dans la durée.
Trilingue français, anglais, italien, j'interviens aussi bien sur site qu'auprès de partenaires et fournisseurs à l'étranger.

An engineering graduate of ICAM Toulouse, I spent over 20 years across production, purchasing/supply chain and customer relations, in France and internationally, before founding ABE Transformation in 2021. Today I support industrial SMEs and mid-sized companies at the moments when change can no longer wait, particularly in aerospace and manufacturing.
My three areas of expertise:
▸ Crisis management: turning around a deteriorating situation (delays, quality issues, supplier failure, management crisis), stabilising flows and securing customer deliveries.
▸ Industrial transfers: offshoring, nearshoring, multi-site operations, change of supplier or subcontractor, from the transfer plan through to full-rate ramp-up.
▸ Business transformation: scaling up, supporting growth, reorganisation, and end-to-end ERP projects.
My approach: a candid diagnosis, a realistic roadmap, then hands-on execution alongside leadership and operational teams. I work with your teams, not instead of them. Lean (certified Lean Black Belt) and the AeroExcellence framework, for which I am a lead assessor, help me measure, prioritise and embed improvements for the long term.
Fluent in French, English and Italian, I work both on site and with partners and suppliers abroad.
