Nicolas Granier has been elected as President of the Aerospace Valley Competitiveness Cluster

At its Annual General Meeting on 29 September, the Aerospace Valley Board of Directors confirmed the election of Nicolas Granier as Chairman, succeeding Bruno Darboux, who had held the post since 2021.

Nicolas Granier, who has recently joined Airbus as Head of Aerospace and Space Ecosystem Development and External Relations for Sustainable Development in France, is delighted with his appointment:

“I am proud to take over from Bruno Darboux, who has chaired the Cluster for the past five years. I would like to pay tribute to his unwavering commitment, particularly in the wake of the health crisis, to resolutely supporting companies in our sectors during a complex economic climate. I am honoured by the trust placed in me today by the Cluster’s board members, and I am fully aware of the responsibility entrusted to me. I am convinced of the crucial role played by Aerospace Valley in the development and influence of the Aeronautics, Space and Drones sectors across our regions, at a time when our companies face numerous challenges – a period of great change but also of great opportunities.”
