Project description :

The aim of BRIDGESMEs is to support European SMEs evolving in five different ecosystems: mobility, transport and automotive, aerospace and defence, electronics, culture and creative industries, and tourism. The project works to facilitate and build alliances between manufacturing companies and technological solution providers, helping them to rethink their corporate models and operations to become more resilient, sustainable and people focused.

Since its start in February 2024, BRIDGESMEs has launched 2 European calls for expression of interest, one for technological solution providers and the other for manufacturing SMEs. Following these calls, 15 solutions providers and 19 SMEs were selected and will benefit from the BRIDGESMEs program including:

  • Technological support

  • Help developing companies’ sales strategies

  • Identifying funding

  • Training

  • Networking opportunities

In the coming months, several hackathons will be organized in Greece, Italy, France and Austria to make collaborations between SMEs and technological solution providers operational.
