PROTECT's final workshop with providers of EO-based climate services

Welcome to the final online workshop organised by the PROTECT team that will gather the community of EO-based climate services providers that took part in the PROTECT project activities!

Join us for an exciting event during which the PROTECT team we will:

1. Present the outcomes of the project relevant to providers
2. Present the next steps for providers to best prepare for the upcoming Horizon Europe Pre-Commercial Procurement project expected to start Q1 2025 (HORIZON-CL6-2024-GOVERNANCE-01-5: Customisation/pre-operationalisation of prototypes end-user services in the area of Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation)

As providers who will be selected to take part in the PCP project will receive funding (for their R&D services) to collaborate and collectively develop prototypes end-user services in the area of Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, it is strategic for them to already establish connexion and engage with others providers to get to know each other and explore possible synergies and complementarities. Hence, the event shall also allow providers to set up B2B matchmaking online meetings.

Whether you are an EO provider, climate service provider, climate scientist, a researcher, a policy-maker, or simply interested in climate services procured through innovation procurement approaches, this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to network, learn, and contribute to the field.
