About PCP WISE

PCP WISE is a €19 million Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) initiative, funded under Horizon Europe. It aims to stimulate innovative Earth Observation-based solutions for smarter water management, helping Europe strengthen its climate resilience.

Through PCP WISE, public buyers across Europe join forces to procure R&D services that can bring new solutions to market – while suppliers and innovators (startups, SMEs, industry) get the opportunity to test, validate and scale their technologies up to TRL 8 with real-world impact.

About this event

This online session will present the call for tenders (launching September 5, 2025), explain its scope, and guide participants on how to get involved. It also includes an interactive Q&A and dedicated matchmaking sessions to help startups, SMEs, and innovators connect with potential partners and public buyers.
