EUROPE – ECS Brokerage Event and upcoming call for proposals from Chips JU

The ECS Brokerage Event will take place on February 4 and 5, 2026, in Brussels. It is a key networking opportunity for European players in the electronic components and systems sector. The event is expected to be organized following the publication of the Chips JU's annual call for proposals, which is scheduled for early February 2026.

Chips JU funds European semiconductor research and innovation through two flagship programs:

• “Chips for Europe,” which is dedicated to strategic actions such as the development of pilot lines, design platforms, and competence centers.
• “ECS Research and Innovation (R&I),” which covers a wide range of technological fields (advanced computing, cybersecurity, 6G technologies, energy efficiency, advanced packaging, photonics, etc.).
