OPT’ALM est une entreprise technologique d’expertise en industrialisation, intervenant dans le domaine de la fabrication additive métal.
OPT’ALM est spécialisée sur la technologie de la déposition métallique par laser (procédé LMD / DED). Nous fabriquons vos pièces avec un procédé qui permet d’ajouter des formes et des fonctions sur des structures existantes (fonctionnalisation). Le procédé nous permet également de réparer vos pièces (M.R.O).
OPT'ALM a sa propre machine permettant de travailler sur des pièces jusqu'à 1m de long.
OPT’ALM is a young and innovative company specialized in Metal Additive Manufacturing, created in march 2015. We repair (MRO domain) and manufacture products by using the Directed Energy Deposition process (DED). The DED process can also be combined with the others mode of production (adding a function, building a new shape or carrying out a coating/functionalization in a freeform substrate).
OPT’ALM has its own machine, the Modulo 400 from BeAM supplier. Our machine is installed in an industrial environment which allows OPT’ALM to introduce its innovations in the production phase. We deliver finished parts in-line with clients’ quality standards.
