This mobilisation and this common future is constructed around one ambition – create 40,000 to 45,000 jobs in the next 20 years - and six objectives:

- Reinforce a position of excellence in embedded systems, the key for innovation and performance, by benefiting from aeronautical, space and transport synergies
- Become a world-wide reference for education/training and research
- Develop the potential for innovation of the SMEs and start-ups in aeronautics, space and embedded systems
- Combat the potential threats to the supply chain companies:
- anticipating large-scale changes (composites, etc.)
- accompanying the development of companies
